About This Site

SportsCards.Wales is a free, members only online group for collectors of Welsh sports cards. By registering for an account and using the site, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at neil@sportscards.wales.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate or fake accounts will be removed.

Acceptable Use

By using SportsCards.Wales, you agree to the following:

• Keep all posts and discussions relevant to Welsh sports cards.
• Treat other members with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
• Do not advertise cards for sale within the group. What members choose to do privately via direct message is their own business. Any transactions conducted privately are entirely at your own risk. We do our best to ensure only genuine collectors are part of this group, but always do your own due diligence.
• Do not post spam, promotional content, or links to your external sales listings.
• Do not share another member’s personal information without their permission.
• Do not share the contents of private messages without the consent of the other person.
• Do not post content that is political, religious, or deliberately off topic or inflammatory.
• If you are unsure whether a post is appropriate, ask an admin before posting.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Moderation

Administrators reserve the right to remove any post or comment that breaches these terms. Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or permanent removal from the group.

Admin decisions regarding moderation are final.

Content You Post

You retain ownership of any content you post on SportsCards.Wales, including text, images, and other media. By posting content, you grant SportsCards.Wales has a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the site for the purpose of operating the group.

You must not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Disclaimer

SportsCards.Wales is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the site or its content.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information shared by members, including opinions on card values, grading, authenticity, or any other subject.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the site, including any private transactions conducted between members.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsCards.Wales and its administrators accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at neil@sportscards.wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
